Head, Hand and Heart by Design: SCAD eLearning

To design a progressive learning experience within higher ed, a product design methodology and workflow brought the unique value proposition of SCAD to the online learning community unrepeated to date by another university. Identifying unmet user needs and desires through design research evolved the service model and product to engage students and faculty alike, contributing to 50%+ growth of enrollments. In partnership with SCAD faculty subject matter experts, 250 online courses were produced across 29 leading programs of study within the arts and design, notably including the only accredited master's program in Service Design in the United States offered online.
